Our products are high quality, our service and shipments are timely and our sales team is friendly. The customer service you will experience will instantly set us apart from other online dealers. We offer competitive prices and do not nickel and dime you and try to add hidden charges.

Q: When can I expect my delivery?

A: Custom orders arrive 14-21 days after proof approval. Rush delivery is available for a fee, and can reduce the time inside of two weeks. We prefer you call if you have a very tight deadline.

Q: Are there differences in the quality of silicone wristbands?

A: Absolutely. A lot of companies will offer cheaper products for prices that seem too good to be true... they are. We produce only the highest quality wristbands available. Our wristbands are durable, fade-resistant, and made from non-toxic, non-latex silicone. We can print in over 800 different colors and custom wristbands can be made in the same endless number of colors. Combine colors for no extra charge, segmented, swirl, all for no extra charge.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum order?

A: Our minimum order on stock products is one wristband. On custom orders, the minimum order is anywhere from 50 to 500. Please see specific product to minimum quantity. There is no maximum order, but production time will increase as orders get very large.

Q: How are the wristbands packaged?

A: You have several options. Wristbands come to you individually wrapped in small, clear, poly bags. unless you specify otherwise in your order. You may choose to add a paper insert inside the bag, or have a message printed on a paper header on the plastic bag. Call for pricing and more details.

Q: What colors are available?

A: There are over 800 colors to choose from for printing and silicone color. See our Color Chart for a list of colors. Notice we use PMS color numbers to place online orders. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System and is a worldwide color system. For slap bracelets and plastic wristbands see specific product for color options; printing on these products can be done in any color.
